As per Saida's unreasonable request, I am posting here the short (or not so short) story about something that was important for me and still very much is so.
As some might already know I am getting my YMCA fitness instructor certificate soon and just successfully completed the theory part (yay) that was accomplished with 4 hours workshop consisted of non stop choreography and I still can barely walk. All that information came on top of the fact that I gained about 10 pounds since a year ago, the fact that my BF eats only meat (no sea food or mushrooms), likes bakeries, that we usually having dinner at 8/8.30 pm (after works, work outs and other errands), and I am eating the guys food (steak+mash potatoes) with him since its too complicated to cook for myself separately, and also the fact that that he likes to cook and can spend hours on cooking something very delicious but sadly no good for you, and my heart breaks when I think I should be saying "no" so I keep saying "yes" and keep on eating, gaining, getting sad etc etc etc
I told my BF that he is an amazing chef and nobody ever done for me what he does, but I want to be able to enjoy his cooking talents without having to compromise my health and weight.
Especially considering I will have to wear bikini just in about 4 days from now :((((
Now I attached the picture of me a year ago done in my second home - Italy, and I don't look like that anymore, after living with my BF all the time ever since.
So Ladies I am committed to the healthy diet on the everyday basis from now and on, I am limiting the red meat in my diet to 2 times a week at the most, I replaced potatoes and pasta with gluten free black beans and soya spaghetti, I found 0% mayo in a healthy store and I am seriously thinking about getting a nutrition's specialist certificate in addition to my group fitness instructor certificate too.
Also I will miss you all and the classes for next two weeks and I wish you to have and amazing, productive, fun work at those classes, just as we always do!
Love,
Marija
